Refund Policy

Due to the nature of personal care, esthetic, waxing, and makeup services, all completed services are non-refundable. Clients with concerns regarding services received should contact Vanity Worthy: Looks by Casey within 48 hours of their appointment so that appropriate corrective measures may be discussed.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount. Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.

By booking an appointment with Vanity Worthy: Looks by Casey, clients agree to provide accurate information regarding allergies, sensitivities, medications, and medical conditions that may impact treatment outcomes. Clients further agree to provide a clean, safe, and suitable environment for mobile services. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Vanity Worthy: Looks by Casey collects customer information solely for appointment scheduling, service delivery, customer communication, and payment processing. Customer information is not sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to process payments, manage appointments, or comply with legal obligations.
